Earlier this summer, I spent a day going back to the floor at Riverside Quarter in Wandsworth, where we manage a selection of luxury apartments overlooking the River Thames. Here, I gained a snapshot of what it’s like to work as part of a Rendall & Rittner Concierge team and work to deliver high-quality customer service on-site.

My latest Back to the Floor excursion took me to our Chelsea Bridge Wharf development in South West London where I spent the day assisting both the concierge and facilities teams. Whenever I have taken part in this exercise before I have always found our staff to be very enthusiastic when going about their work and consistently showing a high level of customer service. Yet again this recent experience reflected the same positive spirit and enthusiasm.

The Government’s £1 billion Building Safety Fund to remove potentially dangerous cladding from high-rise residential buildings has been officially launched by Housing Secretary Robert Jenrick MP and applicants can register from today, Monday 1st June. We wholeheartedly welcome this initiative and will be actively pursuing funding on behalf of residents and leaseholders at buildings that we manage that meet the criteria.

On Global Recycling Day Monday 18th March, people around the world are encouraged to think about the importance of recycling in preserving the future of our planet. While many of us do our best to recycle things wherever possible, there is always more we could do.
