The RESI Awards are designed to recognise success in the residential property sector and is considered to be the one of the highest accolades in the industry. At the highly-anticipated event at London’s Grosvenor House, we were delighted to awarded the prestigious ‘Property Manager of the Year’ award.
The evening saw developers, landlords, agencies and local authorities competing at the largest property event of the calendar. In our category we were up against some of the UK’s leading property management companies and are delighted to have been selected as the winners by a panel of senior level decision makers and influencers.
The RESI awards have been running for 10 years and we are honoured to have received the Property Manager of the Year awards five times in that period. This success acknowledges our dedication to property management. At every development that we manage, we are committed to delivering excellent customer service and to creating management strategies that really work.
Despite a great deal of uncertainty for the property sector this year, we are delighted to have had a successful year. In addition to the RESI award success, we have also retained our Investors in People Platinum status, which acknowledges that we have policies and practices concerned with supporting people embedded in everything that we do.
